It’s built for runners from 100–800 m and adaptable for other speed-based athletes who want sprint speed and robustness. You also get simple core and mobility circuits to keep you healthy and moving well. Training plans are refreshed every four weeks for continued progress. Each new program cycle is sent every four weeks.
