My journey in track and field started simply. I just loved to train. There was something about the structure, the grind, and the feeling of getting a little bit better each day that kept me coming back. I didn’t start out as one of the best. In fact, it took a long time before I started seeing real progress. But there was something about the process that I couldn’t let go of.

As time went on, I became more curious about what truly makes someone fast. I wanted to understand the science behind it, the mechanics of movement, how the body produces force, how recovery affects performance, and why certain systems work better for certain athletes. I realized sprinting is like a formula. It’s math, rhythm, biology, and patience all working together. Once I started looking at training that way, everything changed.

I learned through experience, through mistakes, injuries, and breakthroughs. I trained in different systems and saw how each approach had something valuable to teach. I began connecting the dots between the physical and mental sides of performance, and how mindset, structure, and recovery all play equal roles in long-term growth.

That’s what led me to create EO Fitness. It’s built on everything I’ve learned along the way, combining experience, science, and the lessons that come from years of trial and error.
